I guess the only slightly relevant issue here is whether chuckles the racist clown actually knows that he's disseminating outright lies, or if he's just regurgitating the outright lies that have been put forward by other morons. Considering that chuckles the racist clown has never typed out an original thought in his decade of usenet participation, it's a safe bet that he's just regurgitating the outrageous lies of others. He probably knows that they're lies, but doesn't care. He should be thankful that the First Amendment makes it possible for him to express himself, even if that _expression_ causes him to be exposed to justifiable ridicule.
