Hi! I am chartz; this is my user name that is. I have two questions. 1. How can I delete all the news messages?  I do not see any Delete button.  And there are more than 2500 news messages there. 2. Where can I read any news, opinions, etc or where can I have a discution with other users about health and nutrition? 2. Where can I read any news, opinions, etc or where can I have a discution with other users about health and nutrition? Go to http://www.dejanews.com and use the Interest Finder. Enter the keywords health and nutrition. You will get a list of groups where those words have been mentioned. Read those articles and choose some newsgroups that look interesting. barbara
